Processing
Our flash pasteurizer gives you continuous pasteurization that extends the shelf lives of your beverages. At a heat retention period adapted to suit your particular beverage it reliably kills microorganisms and inactivates enzymes in your products. Hot water is circulated according to capacity to warm the product and in the heating section your beverage is heated in a counterflow to pasteurization temperature. Using a plate heat exchanger the Innopro KZE C reliably and safely pasteurizes up to 60,000 liters an hour of beer, wheat beer, clear, low-fiber juice and still and carbonated, fiber-free beverages. Highly viscous products with pulp and fibers are heated using adapted plate heat exchangers in tube form, with monotube or multitube systems used depending on efficiency and flexibility requirements.
Our fully automatic Innopro DK water hot deaerator is perfect for both the preparation of water for the brewing industry and for oxygen-sensitive beverages. In just one work process, with this system you can thermally deaerate and pasteurize beverage and brewing water. Thermal heat recovery also significantly reduces your energy consumption compared to similar systems. The Innopro DK achieves an increased filling capacity ofup to 60,000 liters an hour while taking up minimum space.
Whether you require beverage water or water for the brewing industry, the fully automatic Innopro DOX deaerating system can help you with the precision deaeration of your beverage water. Using the two-stage, horizontal water deaerator this system provides you can also deaerate large quantities of water within the shortest space of time. The Innopro DOX also allows you to permanently monitor the deaeration values of your products during production. Built to save space, with the Innopro DOX you can achieve an increased filling capacity of up to 80,000 liters an hour.
Fully assembled and quickly installed, the Innopro Carbamix MC has an extremely fast start to production. With it you can simply and effectively carbonate beer, wine, and sparkling wine. Precise concentration of the predefined CO2 content and a constant CO2 content in the beverage are ensured by our outstanding CO2measurement technology. This carbonating system takes up a minimum of space and, thanks to its immense range, is perfectly suitable for the carbonation of small and larger amounts of beverage at a rate of 50 – 1.200 hectoliters per hour.
With the Innopro Corvus, our cartridge filter system, we can offer you optimum conditions for the hygienic filtering of your beverages. Universal in its application, the Innopro Corvus is excellent for clarifying filtration, for the cold sterile filtration of beer, water, and wine, for the sterile filtration of gases, and for safety filtration immediately prior to the actual filling. Innopro Corvus filters are distinguished by their closed filters for pre- and final filtration with optimum selectivity and reliability. Used for particle filtration they can process amounts of up to 800 hectoliters an hour. When filtering water they can cope with up to 70,000 liters an hour, and during gas filtration amounts of up to 1,500 Nm続 an hour are easily possible
The quality of a beer is of great importance for our full enjoyment of this classic beverage and goes hand in hand with demands for a long shelf life. The innovative Innopro ECOSTAB C beer stabilizing system has been specially developed to meet these requirements. In operation for you 24/7 it lengthens the shelf life of your beer beverages using PVPP (polyvinylpolypyrrolidone). This method removes turbidity-forming polyphenols without impairing typical beer characteristics such as head stability and flavor. Precise and extremely reliable, the Innopro ECOSTAB C can stabilize up to 600 hectoliters of beer an hour. Large quantities can also be processed on request.

Stretch Blow Molding
The InnoPET Blomax Series IV is the ideal choice when you are looking for an energy-efficient stretch blow molder for your PET preforms. The InnoPET Blomax Series IV features a space-saving design and compact blow station layout. The machine produces high-stability, low-weight PET bottles, and it fits seamlessly into your production line. Your energy consumption for production of bottles between 0.2 and 3.0 liters isup to 25% lower compared to the previous series. With the aid of the Speed-Loc quick-change system, you can perform changeover very quickly on this machine with minimal effort. The InnoPET Blomax Series IV is designed for large production lines and has a maximum output of 81,000 PET bottles per hour.
